18 Days until Christmas

Our Story (December 7) :

We'll make this short and honest.

Today wasn't real exciting for us.

👃Mommy had the day off (due to sickness).

👀The kids got more screen time in today than I usually allow in a week.

🙄I Attempted to potty train Izzy with little to no success.

👌Made meals (barley)

✅Held the couch down. (It's still there)

🤦We told the kids they could watch a Christmas movie so they fought about which one we should watch.

😞The kids didn't play with toys.

🙈Mommy didn't clean up anything.

😳The laundry piles are growing

Daddy came in clutch with dinner. He made us spaghetti and put the final touches on our Christmas lights and wreaths outside. I value his willingness and excitement for "decking the halls". His dedication to fixing the fuse on our blow up Santa is unwaivering.

Seriously, I'm thankful that he picked me and I think I'll keep him🥰.

Tonight, we are thankful for "Mommy", "Daddy" and "popcorn". I'm thankful for each other and looking forward to a fresh start tomorrow.

We settled on Jack Frost for our movie. In other words, I'll be crying in my Coco tonight. 😆
